Dave Castro Goes All "A Beautiful Mind" On 2016 Regional Events

Apparently Dave Castro loves a good mystery. He enjoys dropping hints about events and keeping us on our toes about what to expect from events during the Open, Regionals, and the Games.

In keeping with that tradition, Castro has kind of, sort of, maybe a little bit announced the Regional workouts for 2016.

Friday Events

Event 1: HSPU/MU/C2/AB/PC (Handstand push ups, muscle ups, rowing, assault bike, power cleans?) in male/male, female/female, and male/female pairs.

Event 2 and 3: Snatch, women’s score is event 2 and men’s is event 3

Saturday Events

Event 3 and 4: “Couple Coupless” - 1W/G, 4G/W (weightlifting and gymnastics)

Event 5: “Corediac Arrest” - M/G/W(H) (monostructural, gymnastic, heavy weightlifting?)

Event 4 and 5: R/OS/GHD (run, overhead squat, GHD?) again with women’s score as event 4 and men’s score as event 5
