Noah Ohlsen isn't known as the strongest Games competitor and he's clearly been working on his strength over the past few years of training. With that in mind, he's been hitting power cleans. It makes sense: getting more explosive and powerful will help shore up that end of his game.

"Gotta say, I'm not mad about this." Yea, I wouldn't be mad either if I were on my way to my third consecutive CrossFit Games appearance and was power cleaning 335. Now, it's definitely not pretty, and I wouldn't recommend people try to do this on the reg, but considering two and a half years ago Noah couldn't even clean 335 it's pretty impressive.
