A. Shoulder Endurance

EMOM 12 minutes:
  • 2 wall walks + 4 shoulder taps

B. Conditioning

For weight:
  • 15-12-9:
    • Unbroken hang snatch
*Power or squat are fine
*Must be unbroken sets or you have to start the set over again
*Bar can only rest overhead or in the hang
*Rest as needed between sets
