2017 CrossFit Games Regionals Individual Event 5:
21-15-9 reps for time of
ring muscle ups
dumbbell overhead squats (80/55)
Traditionally, Regionals is seven total events and we've seen five events with a variety of implements from weight vests to heavy kettlebells, but no barbell. Wouldn't it be super cool if Events 6 and 7 were back-to-back with Event 6 being more classic CrossFit with various weights and Event 7 is a max snatch or clean & jerk? I think so. What do you think of no barbell in Regionals?
