Strength
Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds:
2 squat clean thrusters
6 strict handstand push ups
2 squat clean thrusters
*adjust the weight and depth of the handstand push ups to move quickly but with some effort across the last set of squat clean thrusters in each interval
Conditioning
500m row time trial
