Every 4 minutes for 3 rounds:

5 bench press

10 strict pull ups

*use the same heavy weight for the bench press


Conditioning

6 rounds for time of:

20 kettlebell swings (53/35, USA)

20 GHD sit ups

6 Turkish get ups (53/35, 3 each side)
