Strength
Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds:
2 deadlifts (85-90% of your max)
60-second hollow hold
Conditioning
6 rounds for time:
10 double kettlebell cleans (53/35)
8 kettlebell front rack lunges (8 each side)
6 double kettlebell push press
*rest 90 seconds after each round
