2018 CrossFit Games Schedule Finally Released!

Full 2018 CrossFit Games schedule released, including the Open, Regionals, and Games.

2018 CrossFit Games Schedule Finally Released!

The 2018 CrossFit Games season schedule is out and the season starts February 22!

Stage one of three, also known as "The Open," will consist of five workouts 18.1-18.5, and will start February 22 and end on March 26. This is when thousands of athletes come together to compete in the worldwide online competition. Registration opens on January 11, 2018.

Stage 1: The Open

18.1: Feb. 22-26

18.2: March 1-5

18.3: March 8-12

18.4: March 15-19

18.5: March 22-26

At the end of the five week period, the fittest athletes will move on to the next stage of competition: The Regionals or Masters/Teen Online Qualifier.

Stage 2: Regionals, Masters/Teen Online Qualifier

This is the online qualifier where the top 200 athletes in the master and teenage divisions will compete in a four-day online competition. The 20 fittest from each division will receive an invitation to the CrossFit Games.

The Age Group Online Qualifier: April 19-23

The other part of the stage is regionals for individuals and teams. As we know, there have been big changes in the format of this year’s competition. Here is the list of dates and locations in which the regionals will be held.

Regionals

Week 1: May 18-20 

East Regional: Albany, New York, Times Union Center

Europe Regional: TBD

South Regional: Salt Lake City, Utah, Salt Palace Convention Center (New Location)

Week 2: May 25-27

Central Regional: Nashville, Tennessee, Music City Center (New Location)

West Regional: Del Mar, California, Del Mar Arena

Latin America Regional: TBD

Week 3: June 1-3 

Atlantic Regional: TBD

Meridian Regional: Madrid Spain, Caja Magica

Pacific Regional: TBD

Stage 3: The CrossFit Games

The Games will run from August 1 through August 5 in Madison, Wisconsin, at the Alliant Energy Center for the second year in a row.
