We found a sneak peak at the Nike Metcon 4s a couple months ago, but now we've got the official lowdown on one of the most anticipated training shoes of the year.

According to Nike, the outsole and cushioning are the same as the Metcon 3 but the new Metcon 4s are significantly more durable. They also have six eyelets vs five and a new type of cushioning around the top of the foot due to a new upper.
