Yesterday we saw the first two announced workouts from The Fittest Experience 2018: a Diane variation with handstand walks and a weightlifting complex. Today, we know two more events: Die-A-Phragm and Snaked.

Die-A-Phragm

Die-A-Phragm is a chipper containing muscle ups, kettlebell thrusters, and D-ball carries. Here is how it breaks down for each individual division.

Snaked

The obstacle course is 1.5 miles long and includes 15 total tasks with three large obstacles. The three large obstacles are:

  • Wall Valley - Athletes will complete a series of walls in different shapes in order to get through the valley 
  • Rigatron - Multiple holds will test even the greatest athlete on their grip strength 
  • Ropeadope - Various obstacles involving rope

The individuals will have 25 minutes to complete the course. Teams will attack the course in a relay format with more details coming next week.
