Alison Scudds is poised for a breakout year in the 2018 CrossFit Games season, and we all get to kick off the season with her!

Scudds was in the top 100 in the Open worldwide in 2017 and just two spots out of qualifying for the 2017 CrossFit Games, and on Friday she will take over the FloElite Instagram to share what the first day of her 2018 season is like. 

She has trained with some of the best Games athletes in the world, including last year's fourth-place finisher Noah Ohlsen, and she's a constant presence at some of the biggest and baddest competitions in the fitness world.
