Ahead of the 2017 CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, Armen had the opportunity to sit down with everyone's favorite fit Canadian, Brent Fikowski. The Professor shares his thoughts on the events that have been announced so far as well as what it's like for an individual competitor at the Games. Fikowski is looking better than ever and it sounds like he has his head in the right place with a solid game plan for this years Games.
