Location- Cartagena, Colombia. Temperature- HOT. A couple of missed flights and some lost luggage later we've traveled to Colombia's Caribbean Coast to bring you the best coverage of the Pan American Senior Championships. As the athletes arrived throughout the day we've been getting ramped up for all things Senior Pan Ams.

We tried the coconut water, walked the cobblestone streets of the Walled City of Cartagena, and found someone looking for a handstand hold challenge.
