Kendrick Farris Is Getting Ready For Rio
Kendrick Farris is headed to his 3rd Olympic Games and even after an 18 year career, the man continues to get stronger and better. Compared to many "modern" weightlifting programs, Farris rarely maxes out his lifts. Instead, he uses huge amounts of volume at moderate intensities to get stronger, fitter, and more durable and only really starts increasing the intensity of his lifts as he gets closer to his meets.
