If there's one thing CrossFitters love, it's programming. Here is a list of some of the top programming you can follow or subscribe to in order to get you to the next level.

Comptrain

Ben Bergeron created Comptrain to get you prepped for CrossFit Games season and nothing less. His program is built using the process of the “Three-Headed Monster” which consists of: conditioning, strength and skill. Along with these three, he’s added mobility and mental game, something Ben strives on to make the five-tool player.

Brute Strength

Brute Strength’s program is made up of a few different options: Compete, Body, Olympic weightlifting and the most popular, Games Prep. Each is tailored to individual needs. This programming is designed to get you from the couch to competing in the arena with the best athletes in the world.

What's Rich Doing?

Everyone in the CrossFit community is familiar with Rich Froning. Having been the three-time Fittest Man on Earth and leading CrossFit Mayhem to two affiliate Games championships, the question has been posed “What’s Rich Doing?” This programming consists of the exact daily workouts the Rich is doing. The program sets itself apart with no personalization; it’s on each athlete to tailor it to themselves. The bonus is that Rich has coaches and friends such as Chris Hinshaw, Jason Khalipa, James Hobart, Josh Bridges and Pat Sherwood, who all who exchange different workouts that are built into his programming.

Misfit Athletics

The Misfit Athletics programming offers you remote coaching for all different levels of fitness. The two main programs are for Affiliates and Individuals. They offer affiliate training based on gym size, equipment, and goals. Their remote training gets you individualized programming according to the Misfit philosophy. You also get a member of the coaching staff for video review and correspondence. Misfit Athletes are always appearing at the regional and games level of competition.

Along with having some of the best hair in CrossFit Marcus Filly is crushing the fitness game with his Revival Strength programming. Whether it’s growing as an athlete or improving your body composition, Revival strength is able to meet your needs. The Bailey Program

The Bailey Program is run by non-other than five-time CrossFit Games athlete, Mr. Dan Bailey, himself. The plan allows you to follow Dan’s workout regiment, which includes metcons, strength and accessory work. The plan has two options which are GPP (General Physical Preparedness) program which takes ONE of the workouts Dan does during the day. The GPP plan is for athletes looking to improve their health and fitness, all around. The Bailey competitor program is for someone who wants to compete at and take their fitness to the next level.

Built By Bridges

Built by Bridges program is designed by CrossFit games athlete and former Navy SEAL, Josh Bridges. There are two different programs by Josh, one of which is the MLF program that is geared toward people following a career path in the military, law enforcement or fire department. This program helps you get into shape for fitness exams along with maintaining you current fitness level to stay on top. The other program is his competitor level program that the man actually himself uses. This is perfect for someone that is looking to train at the same level as some of the most elite CrossFit athletes.

One of the most overlooked places for training is CrossFit.com. This is where it all started and many don’t utilize it. CrossFit HQ website is loaded with workouts from the past years and always has a workout of the day. A lot of CrossFit athletes state if you’re not paying attention, you’re wrong. For someone looking to get to the competitive level this is not the only training you need but definitely something to keep an eye on for movements and future competition.

Aerobic Capacity

Aerobic Capacity is run by the subject matter expert, Chris Hinshaw. Chris has designed a supplemental training program that starts with moderate aerobic workouts and takes you to race-pace stimulated intervals.
