We're less than a week out from the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Games and every day we learn new and exciting things about this year's competition.

Dave Castro just posted this photo of the 2017 Demo Team playing around with some strongman implements, strongly implying that there will be at least one strongman-style event at the Games this year.

In the photo we can see Alison Scudds getting sized up for a yoke with some very heavy looking wooden farmer's walk handles hanging out next to her.

In the background are a ton of weights as well, so who knows exactly how heavy any of these will end up being. I'm super excited to see some strongman stuff show up in the Games. We saw the yoke in 2015 and the farmer's walk in 2011, so it seems we'll see them both again this year.
