Power

Every 2 minutes for 10 rounds:
round 1 - 1 clean
round 2 - 2 cleans
round 3 - 3 cleans
round 4 - 4 cleans
round 5 - 5 cleans
round 6 - 1 clean
round 7 - 2 cleans
etc

*use 70-75% of your 1RM

Conditioning

AMRAP 12:
2 wall ball (20/14)
2 box jumps (24/20)
4 wall ball
4 box jumps
6 wall ball
6 box jumps
etc

*climb the ladder 2 reps at a time as far as you can in 12 minutes
