It’s that time again, folks: take all that dedication and hard work and throw some heavyweights around for the third annual CrossFit Liftoff.

The Liftoff is a combination of a max clean and jerk, max snatch, and a CrossFit workout. The competition begins on November 30 and concludes at 5 PM PST on Monday, December 4.

Unlike other CrossFit events, the Liftoff is made up of weight classes with the men’s from under 135 to 226+ pounds and the women’s from under 110 to 171+ pounds. This year, there will be a masters and a teenage division as well, which will be based on the participant’s age.

Competitors can participate at their affiliate gym and have the affiliate manage and validate the score or submit on YouTube video links with scores to compete outside of the affiliate.
