British Weight Lifting was "shocked and devastated" to learn yesterday that they had lost all of their government funding for the training cycle heading into the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

The IWF has released an update on 22 of the ongoing doping analysis cases from the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. For these 22 athletes, the IOC has officially ruled that they committed anti-doping rules violations and has disqualified their results and medals.
